# What is Social Value, and how is it measured in the Bond project?

Social Value in Bond measures a user's influence and activity in the social network. It's calculated using betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, and out-degree centrality, which are weighted and merged to obtain the comprehensive social value of a user.
