How is the Team Value calculated in Bond?

Team Value is the sum of the product of staking tokens and staking duration of all invitees. It is calculated by determining the contribution value of each invitee, adding these together, and then distributing the rewards based on normalized contribution values. We alo apply the Barrel Principle to help the "weakest" member in every team.
